This breakdown shows your total time, distance, average pace, and calories burned. The watch will even alert you when you've reached your personal goals, such as fastest mile or longest run to date. Additional training tools include a 'virtual pacer' that compares your current running pace to your target pace, and you have a run/walk feature that becomes helpful if you're just starting your run or plan to take walking breaks along the way. You're also able to upload your runs to Garmin Connect through your computer.
