Awesome, Visually Stunning, VOCALOID, Rhythm Game! Yep.

I've never played a game from this series so I didn't know what to expect, I was kinda about worried how I was going to play it in Japanese with no English options (obviously) but there is some English but that shows up in the results for your score and you can easily navigate through the rest of the menus even though you can't read Japanese (I can't) except for the "Edit Mode" which requires knowledge of Japanese unless you're super smart and can memorize all the functions using trial-and-error skills.

From what I've seen and heard on YouTube, this is exactly like the VITA version except there is a few new added songs with costumes that goes along with them and of course, graphical enhancements. This game is really awesome! It's so visually stunning in HD it hurts my eyes and makes em' dry occasionally. The PV playing in the background is a bit distracting while you're inputting the correct buttons cause it's so BEAUTIFUL that you can't take your eyes off it, resulting in a low score. You'll get used to it overtime, I do occasionally miss keys while watching the PV! You can even interact with the VOCALOIDs in the DIVA ROOM. You can customize each characters room with stuff, observe them, play Rock, Paper, Scissors, and pet them. Yep, you heard that right.
I recommend playing this game on a large plasma not a tiny one, it's a little harder in my opinion. This is my first import, it does work on any region PS3 (I used a US), so buy it. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!

This game is just absolutely amazing! The graphics are just stunning, so bright so, many colors I love it!!!! A must buy if you are a Miku fan!!!

FINALLY on PS3!!!

This game is amazing! My friend convinced me to get it at our local import place, its a lot more fun than I thought it would be! Even if you had the Vita version, this PS3 version has more songs than that one! Also everything sounds and looks so much better on the PS3! The one thing I found pretty cool was the star button. It kinda reminds me of star power on games like Guitar Hero.

If you haven't played a game like Hatsune Miku, you're missing out! Its a lot like playing DDR without the dance mat.
