Firstly this item was not received when promised, it arrived about 2 months late from China. Secondly the part is not a genuine Sony part, it is cheaply built and makes a rattling noise that the original Sony controllers do not exhibit. For a few dollars more I would recommend getting original parts from Sony, I am very disappointed (moral of the story, don't buy goods from China - too hard to deal with RMA's).

The product it's ok but it came with out an original box, just into a plastic bag. i am not happy with that because i am not sure if the product was new or used.
